2. What you're buying

PlanCore is a Windows desktop application for demand forecasting and allocation planning, delivered as a downloadable installer immediately after purchase. Your purchase is a license to use the software, not a transfer of ownership. Use of the installed software is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) presented during installation.

3. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. After successful payment you receive a download link on the confirmation page and a receipt by email from Stripe. If you have any problem downloading or installing, email us and we'll make it right.

5. Your data

PlanCore runs entirely on your machine. The app does not transmit your business data to us or anyone else. See the Privacy Policy for what the website and checkout collect.

6. Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the software, and you may not use the site or software for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

PlanCore is a planning tool: forecasts are estimates, and business decisions made using the software are your responsibility. The software and site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the software.
