14 days, no hassle

If PlanCore isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase from the email you used at checkout, and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason, though feedback on what didn't work is always appreciated.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your license ends with the refund — please uninstall the software. Any data files PlanCore created stay on your machine and remain yours.
